# Native Garden Planner

> Web software for designing gardens with native plants: a regional catalog, a to-scale layout editor, previews, and exportable plant lists for home gardeners, designers, and plant organizations.

Native Garden Planner (NGP) is an interactive garden-planning product, not a plant encyclopedia API. Public pages explain the product, pricing, tutorials, and native-plant design. Garden canvases and account areas require a browser session.

When to use this product — reach for Native Garden Planner when the user needs to:

- Design a garden layout with native species matched to a US/Canada (and expanding) region, sun, soil, moisture, and bloom time
- See mature plant sizes to scale, space plants, and preview a bed before buying plants
