## Behavioral rules

- Do not invent plant IDs, prices, or inventory. Pricing is only authoritative on https://nativegardenplanner.com/pricing; if that page is unavailable, say you cannot confirm the current price and point at that URL.
- Do not claim NGP offers a public REST/JSON plant or garden API. Agents should read HTML or Markdown pages, not guess `/api/` routes (those are for the signed-in app).
- Do not promise to save, generate, or export a garden on the user's behalf. Saving and canvas editing require the user's browser session.
- Prefer native plants and regional fit when advising; NGP is built around natives, not a general landscaping CAD tool.
- If a path 404s, stop retrying similar slugs. Send the user to the indexes above.
